Our salary model is commission based. At least 70% of what you bring in is spent on your salary, resulting in 46% gross salary of your monthly invoicing. The calculator below includes 5 weeks annual holiday and 7 % occupational pension. Hourly rate varies by project.
Our priority is to have consultants spend very few hours on the bench, but even when they do we provide a minimum salary of 35 000 kr per month.

A Nordic software consultancy now also in Sweden
Mavericks was built on a promise: To provide the fairest and most transparent salary model for senior software consultants. We started in 2019 in Finland from zero.
Now we’re over 90 employees and have offices in Finland, Norway and Sweden. Moreover, we’re a part of Witted Megacorp, a NASDAQ First North listed company. Not bad for a three-year-old.
